BTW, the two ladies that were arrested this morning, Keleher and Avila, actually managed close to 50% of the total budget of the Government of PR as Education and ASES are the two departments with the largest budgets.
BOOM. Exposure of PREPA (driven to the ground then privatized) and all the other corruption is going to be very interesting.

Anyone in government in the Unites States be it federal or state or local that oversees more than $50K should be put through an audit every year or two at the least. When they start showing up with funds greater than their income that they cannot explain they should be fired and jailed where their theft can be proven.
