With all the printed pistol frames coming out lately, I didn't feel like spending >$300 on parts. FMDA has been pushing out various other models based on cheap parts kits, so I picked up a SD9VE parts kit from GunBroker instead. These frames require aluminum slide rails, so I milled them on my 3d printed CNC machine, the MPCNC.

I still need to figure out what I want to do with it as far as mags go. Eventually it will either be adapted to accept Sub-2000 style interchangeable mag catches, or I'll just replace the frame with a Glock mag version when it comes out.

Nice, still trying to get my w26 lower to get the upper working.

I'm new to this. What's FMDA? I'm curious what other frames are available. I like the idea of something more accessible than building a Glock with hundreds of dollars into it.

Always test your ghetto glocks behind a shield before you fire from the hand.
