Ursula in the animated movie is based on an obsese drag queen (Harris Glenn Milstead ), but voiced by a woman (Pat Carroll). To avoid "erasure" they should cast an obese drag queen as Ursula in the new movie.

I want to see who they pick for the Prince. Because that is going to cause issues. Black guy, the international market is going to avoid it. White guy, then America is going to have a brawl over stealing our women and migrant crisis allegory. Read the song and picture a Black Woman singing about a White Prince.

I want more

I wanna be where the people are

I wanna see, wanna see 'em dancin'

Walking around on those

What do you call 'em? Oh, feet

Flipping your fins you don't get too far

Legs are required for jumpin', dancin'

Strolling along down a

What's that word again?

Street.

Up where they walk,

Up where they run,

Up where they stay all day in the sun

Wandering free

Wish I could be part of that world

Disney fucked themselves.

They don't care. If they had a profit motive, they wouldn't have a black woman in the role.

Racially ambiguous Latin looking fella for the prince. Avoid the white/black thing and hook international audience with semi colored dude
