God if this isn't my distant family. Thankfully my parents and I severed the relationship.
Eating is usually the last thing I wanna do when I'm on vacation. It is definitely the last thing I think of anyways. I want to finish all our adventures first and even if I'm being lazy on the beach I just drink.

I had a similar experience once. I went interstate one weekend to see a band. It wasn't really a big deal, but I got back and mentioned what I did over the weekend and the first question was "What did you eat?" I was taken aback a little bit. I was expecting questions like "What band?" "How was the concert?" "Did you enjoy the drive?" Nope, they wanted to know what I ate. I had to think because food didn't even register to me. I remember what I ate now because this conversation has stuck in my mind and I know I stopped at a convenience store and grabbed a yogurt and a banana because I didn't care for food because I just drove 8 hours to see a band! I don't know how it can occur to anyone that that is their first question.

Why even go on vacation? You can eat all that garbage at home and save a bunch of money. Or you can eat like a human and save even MORE money. Plus when you go on vacations you can see the stuff that actually made it a good spot to go in the first place!

Trying different types of food that you haven't tried before on vacation is different to what these fats did though. They didn't try anything new they just ate cakes, ice cream and heaps of fried/overly processed shit
