There's a distinction between illegal aliens and legal aliens.

It doesn't mean we have to be mean to people if they are illegal, but as a nation of laws there's nothing wrong with sending them home.

Again, if they want to live here they need to enter legally.

The Bible also says to obey the laws of the land.

No, there's no hypocrisy in having a policy of law and order.

If Trump said round em up and kill em that'd be one thing. But that's not what is happening.

So no, OP. I reject the premise of your post.

And further, if we really want to help people in other countries, then we need to pray for their nations and also assist in any way we can to give them better government so that they won't feel the need to come here in the first place.

Nowhere in the Bible does it say you are obligated to sit on your hands while your nation is invaded and pillaged.

I agree we should do more to help these migrants. We should inform their governments that we consider what they are doing to their people an act of war against the United States. The problem is not Trump. The problem is the policies put in place by the countries these migrants are coming from. We have no intention of going to war against those countries. We fully intend to go to war with the corrupt leaders of those countries.

These were taken out of context. The Bible shows us that God is a God of order. He tells us to obey the laws of the land. Legal immigrants do this. They should be treated as God says and true Christians have always been some of the first to help them. Illegal aliens should be removed. This is obeying the laws of the land. I do not believe any Christian would object to an illegal alien returning to their homeland and then coming in legally. It is not hypocritical. It is following what the Lord teaches and the laws of the United State. The left loves to take Bible verses out of context and then call us Christians hypocrites. It is they who are the hypocrites because they are spreading false information. My advice is to read the Bible for yourself, then you will know the truth.

There is also something in the Bible about taking the more out of your own eye before worrying about your neighbor. I am not sure that applies, but we have homeless and hungry Americans. Many of them veterans.

Deuteronomy 1:16 Give the members of your community a fair hearing, and judge rightly between one person and another, whether citizen or resident alien." Did you actually read any of those verses prior to posting? They actually say the opposite of what you are implying in your post! The current opinion?" Deal with them according to the law." Of which has been subverted which you fail to mention.Im sorry but your argument only relies on assumption on your part feeding the assumption of the balance of you post. Circle logic. Dont give up.~~~

~~~ There is not a single excuse any one of you could give to justify what's posted above versus the current opinions on the subject.... it is simply impossible to actually live like a Christian the way the Bible tells you to and not be a complete hypocrite every time you turn around.. Wow,so you failed to read the scriptures,and the supporting context,then jump to a conclusion based on ? your lack of research?
The Bible also warned of mingling with other nations.
1When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou; 2And when the LORD thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them: 3Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son. 4For they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may serve other gods: so will the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and destroy thee suddenly. 5But thus shall ye deal with them; ye shall destroy their altars, and break down their images, and cut down their groves, and burn their graven images with fire. 6For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.
God is very compassionate and also wants generosity when it comes to welcoming foreigners, BUT, He said the foreigners must obeys the same laws in the land He blessed for His ppl or be removed.
The Bible also warned of mingling with other nations.
Yes, he warned the children of Israel. Christianity is already a syncretic, pagan religion, and intermingling between nations is what spread it.
