I've had pretty good luck with a low carb diet. It's LOW carb and not NO carb as so many people seem to assume. I used the Dr. Atkins plan, but since he's gone they call it the keto diet now. My Dr. says to keep doing what I'm doing, so I guess low carb and working out is working for me. I'm having a stress test at the VA this week, so we'll see how I'm doing.
I am not well versed in this sorta stuff, but I don’t think large amounts of cheese are good for energy.

I don't think too much cheese level reached. I am experienced with cheese and too much cheese. You know too much cheese when your full and hungry at the same time and you can't take a shit to make room. Had it happen once, it sucked.

Lol, one time I only had oyster crackers to put it on and that goona be a problem for time so hacked that problem taking a spoon of peanut butter and then pourin the oyster crackers in after, chomp chomp. Lol shit ppl eat at bar close.

You need a multi vitamin no matter your diet. Heavy on the B's and C. Fresh fruit is an energizer for me. Shouldn't train everyday either. Get LOTS of water and sleep. If youre tired when you get up youre dehydrated. You should drink 8, 16 oz bottles of water a day.
