If you let this one go, not only will you lose out on a lot of money that you are rightfully owed, but a wrong won't have been righted, allowing the world to continue on the path of destruction. Sure, the easy route is to look for another job and move on, but pollacks don't take the easy route. Start the process of suing him and find a way to get a really cheap car so you can get around. Get the OP a big fat check for THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in about 2-3 months.
Get OP's ex-employer BTFO of any future Govt contracting for a decade or more.
