Way to be assume I'm an abortionist haha! We all know how babies of this age are aborted and it's by tearing them limb from limb. All the mannequins I used for training were not plastic and rubber to move and appear more human to make training more realistic than plastic. What medical school did you go too? I want to steer clear!

Oh no! This can't be real?! It's a patient stimulator to look like a real premature baby with hair and an umbilical cord attached NOT made of plastic! What is the world coming too?! We can only train our medical professionals with plastic, not rubber!

I looked at the links you provided to see if by chance I was incorrect.

I noticed that the most realistic looking of the fake babies had knit caps on. I went further to see if there were photos of them without the caps to see if downy hair was on these realistic fakes. Here is a better video which shows the babies without the caps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VmMDFivhK9Q

As you can see, the realistic fakes do not have any hair. The only one of the fakes that has hair is Hello_paul. He has hair, but not slicked back, downy hair like is found on a baby that has just come out of a birth canal. Also note that Hello_paul and all the rest you offered have stiff arms that are held to the sides of their bodies.

You fail to notice that the real babies in the video have drawn their knees together and pulled up towards their stomachs and their limp, floppy arms are drawn to the chest as all newborns hold them naturally from being held like that while in the fetal position. None of the fake baby simulators do this. None of them.

In the original video above, the baby on the right's umbilicus that is still attached is thin, evacuated and torn looking. The only fake trainer baby that has an umbilicus offers a detachable, thick and stiff cord with a clamp. It looks nothing like the dead baby's torn and tissue-thin cord in the video.

Why do you think the babies are on a surgical tray and the doctors are wearing gloves to handle them?

And the most damning of all, note that at the very end of the clip above, the baby on the right when dropped on the table has a noticeable gash in the back of its head. None of the fake babies have that. That gash is a sign that the baby was alive when born and the doctor stuck his scissors in the back of its head and snipped its spine or used an evacuation hose to suck out his brain.

You literally didn't see the on with hair that looked completely real?! The one called Paul? All you had to do was scroll down just a little. You can't compare the "gash" on the back of the neck from the others because you have nothing to compare it to. You are as blind as the brainwashed libs.

There's more?! This can't be real! This has got to be a real baby they're going to use for it's adrenochrome!

I'm done! Done I tell ya! I don't even know what to think anymore! My world has been shattered! How dare they use realistic dummies for training!
