That's kinda neat but I never paint or alter my guitars.

The only exception is a shitty Fender acoustic. I let a little girl named Melody stick a Mrs. Pacman sticker on it. In more than fifty years, that's the only exception to the rule.

I do have a number of guitar cases with stickers on them, however.

Reallly? I did not know this. I have a friend who is a purist like that, and there isn't anything wrong with that! I won't tell you stories of how many gorgeous guitars I have ruined made look cooler because it would prolly break your heart. A few of my buddies still cringe over what I did to an old Gibson and high-end Ibanez ah ah but I do have some that I keep pure.

Yep! I always put all of my extra stickers on my cases. I kept one of each when possible for a photo album because I am a sticker-saving sonofabitch. I have a lot of old mining and heavy equipment stickers that I hold dear. I really like the boat paint(big metal flake) ones that are puffy!! Sometimes I take them out, hold them and giggle because they are mine!

I don't save any, but I'll often look for stickers whenever I spend any time somewhere and I'll stick those stickers on the case(s) I have with me.

If I'm going more than 100 miles, it's quite probable that I have at least one guitar with me.
