Without free will, how do you not devolve into nihilism though? Losing faith in Mormonism left me in the nihilist pit for years. It all but wasted my youth. I'm only recently redpilled but it's brought me out of that pit of despair finally.

I don't need free will, it is a lie anyway because it is not consistently expressed. For something to be a part of natural law it has to be True or at least consistent. The idea of free will is neither True nor consistent in reality. Therefore since it is only 'partially true' it is an untruth aka not valuable in understanding reality. Absolutely everything is in its right place.
I understand what you are asking me though. I think a lot of people fall into despair and nihilism but rather than fall into that I became free for the first time in my entire life. It is a true saying that the Truth will set you free. Many people also fall into Atheism but it is not logically required (since God is either nowhere or everywhere) That is simply their own preference. You either fall into atheism in Hard Determinism or you fall into the understanding that God is everywhere, in everything, with you all the time, never seperate, all things are determined, all things are perfect, there is no more frustration or disappointment because you cannot make a mistake or a 'sin'. It is all just a learning process and God is always with you. It is nice. You have never 'done anything wrong' and you are not 'guilty' of anything because you can't be since even the tiniest particle is in its right place all the time. I think Hegel helps a lot in coming to an understanding with these things. This also has bearing on BioChem as well and the understanding of what makes a system 'living' and what makes it 'dead'.
Anyway, you simply execute whichever program you desire, be it reuniting with the Mormons, becoming a libertarian, and anarchist, a national socialist, etc and everything is impeccably locked into place forever. There is no changing or altering it. You are literally free to do whatever you want, whenever you want, for whatever reason you want because nothing is possible that was not already determined by everything around you, forever.
