Always sign on. You may get a couple bucks out of it. But most of it will go to the lawyers.

I was in 2 against Bank of America and Apple. Typically, these are a scam and only the lawyers will make money leaving the people in the class getting whatever is left.

I got overdraft charges restored because BoA was taking the withdraws then charging the overdraft fees before deposits. They changed their policy after that suite so that you get a grace period before you get charged the overdraft fee now. I think you have until midnight EST/EDT to make a deposit to avoid the fees now.

The Apple one I didn't get anything or it was a very small amount, I don't buy e-books.

Fuck Bank of America. I remember they would list transactions based on transaction size, biggest to smallest, rather than posting date so that the maximum amount of transactions would get an overdraft fee.

I went on a spending spree one weekend when I was a teenager and learned a valuable lesson: Banks will rob you blind, given the chance.

I've been a part of a few. The payout is always sub $100 but if all they want from you is a few receipts then it's worth the effort.
