Ah good idea I'll have a look at a couple of sites. I want to get more into nutrition and macros etc, I track calories but that's about it at the moment, so I might have a look at Cronometer as well. Thanks for the advice!

Absolutely! I love your username, by the way. My favorite thing breakfast. :) Speaking of, and something fun to dive into once you get into tracking nutrients, is food synergy. I actually learned that word here a few years ago- some things inhibit absorption of other nutrients (caffeine stops calcium from absorbing, for example), other things boost absorption. Nutrition is super interesting the deeper you get into it!

Oh that's super interesting, I've never heard of that before! I might need to up my calcium intake if that's the case, I'm a bit of a coffee nut hence the name. Love your username as well btw, that's how I feel tucking into a massive OMAD some days lmao
