I never eat at Subway. EVER. They should run these tests at Arbys. I am certain they would find a disgustingly toxic mix of shit.

Start replacing your money with bits of paper with "IOU" written on them.

"Hey, it's just as good!"

Lost 8 pounds and put on a little muscle with keto diet and punching bag/calisthenics. 15 more to go. May have to either dial back the cardio or add some carbs. I've been getting faint.

Cardio is a waste of time, and sometimes even counterproductive. Do weights and only weights. Stay off the carbs, they are poison.

It's probably water/salts you're lacking. Lots of spinach, lots of salt, lots of water. It'll help a lot with that. Also take a magnesium/zinc supplement.

2017-02-25 | What's in your chicken sandwich? DNA test shows Subway sandwiches could contain just 50% chicken | CBC News

'Those results were averaged: the oven roasted chicken scored 53.6 per cent chicken DNA, and the chicken strips were found to have just 42.8 per cent chicken DNA. The majority of the remaining DNA? Soy. '

'In the case of two popular Subway sandwiches, the chicken was found to contain only about half chicken DNA.Will Mahood, a loyal customer who considered Subway chicken sandwiches a lunchtime staple, was alarmed by the findings. ', "DNA researcher Matt Harnden at Trent University's Wildlife Forensic DNA Laboratory tested the poultry in six popular chicken sandwiches."

'Most of the scores were "very close" to 100 per cent chicken DNA, Harnden says. '

'The sandwiches tested contain a combined total of about 50 ingredients in the chicken alone, each with an average of 16 ingredients. '

BTW, Subway itself will claim "Our chicken is made with 100 per cent chicken ", but will not say their chicken is made only of chicken. Notice the word game. Made with 100% chicken just means they used chicken at some point in the production process.

Probably best to avoid mystery meat, fren!

The sentence is a bit creepy when you think about it. It implies there is chicken that is not 100% chicken.

its like the taco bell debacle years back. "Taco bell's beef", its not really beef and they couldn't legally call it that, but they can call it "taco bell's beef".

it's legal. why isn't the wording changed

it actually means they used 100% of the chicken, its feet, its beak, its bones and intestines, even its asshole. it's a confession of the low quality of their product spun to sound like a good thing.

i mean, chicken feet are great in a stock, and the chinks eat them.

No, it means that the meat they put in their "chicken" is 100% meat, but half of their "chicken" is still soy.
