Its very simple, shitlord chefs choose quality food ingredients, combine wholesome foods and cater to a higher scale of pallet. They don't just combine cheese, mayo, and ranch dressing ontop of lard.

I hate it when I go to a restaurant and order a meal and it is this giant fucking mountain of food that there is no way anyone in their right mind has any business even trying to eat. It’s like you’re trying to hide the fact that your food is mediocre shit by offering huge portions.
