The Native American Tribes (sovereign nations that they are) are all under the jurisdiction of the Federal government, which makes all their lands Federal land. The Feds reserve the right to kick the Indians off the rez at any time. That's why this ruling is actually in the long term going to be used for Agenda 21.

The court held that hunting rights for the Crow tribe under a 19th-century treaty did not expire when Wyoming became a state. This case centered on a member of the tribe, Clayvin Herrera, who faced charges for off-season hunting in Bighorn National Forest in Wyoming.

Great, so a some Indian is out hunting and the game wardens are being assholes. Game and Fish is a major source of income for Wyoming, but seriously that's being too much of an asshole. Then again, Indian teens tomahawking cattle then running back onto res lands is also a dick move that happens.
