I'm on your side. I just commented negatively on another post looking for more childish names for fat people. I'd rather not sound like a child.

I don't mind it. IMO, It's not a matter of the user of the term being childish. If anything, it's more like a mockery of the fatties' childish behavior.

I prefer "feewings" if I must choose something, but I guess it's about the same.

Isn't that kinda the point. They act like spoiled little children so we infantilize them.

Maybe it's not the term we need to change, but rather when we use them,

When responding to an obeast somewhere else: "Aww, did the fee-fees get hurt? Poor wittle lardbeast!"

When responding to FPH: "These fucking butter golems are incapable of a single rational thought, it's all about how they feel and how much it sucks that snickers bars don't come in individual kilogram sizes".

I see it as talking about someone that behaves like a child. Every adult knows that consuming too much food means you get fat.

Every hamplanet I've dealt with is immature, drama ridden, and thinks the world should bow to whatever feelings their out of whack hormones have decided they should feel right now. They all like to think they're cute, and in one instance, actually tried to baby talk to me.

So no, I stick to the term "fee fees" because it's actually appropriate in describing their fat feelings that overwhelm them like a child that doesn't know how to process reality.

I don't like 'kiddie talk' myself, but I never really saw fee fees that way. I just see it as more of slang like hamplanet and butterhuffer.

I don't exclusively use it on hams; if it fits their behavior I'll use it. Generally it makes the person I'm talking to realize quickly that I find them childish.
