RPGs for a long time now.
Wine making. I keep thinking that this is a recent hobby, but then I opened a bottle of mead and realized that it was about three years old. So far, I've made about 3 batches I consider worth drinking. And have poured out about the same. Which reminds me- I should get another batch going.

I have a bunch…
1. I started building plastic model airplanes when I was younger. By the time I was 17 I had competition quality models and wanted to go into movie set model building. CGI ruined that.
2. I have a model railroad that I work on from time to time that I think looks really nice so far.
3. I am in to 1:32 scale slot cars, kit building and tweaking. I have over 100ft of track that my friend and I race on.
4. I am in a band that plays in my basement a few times a month. I really like that hobby a lot.
5. Love plants and gardening. I have been told I have a green thumb, and it seems just about anything I plant does well, especially house plants. I keep them all trimmed to look nice, regrow pieces I cut off to pot and give as gifts.
6. Also did beer brewing and R/C for a bit, was hardcore Everquest guy for a couple years too.
I like all of the above a lot, and wish I had time for all of them. I highly doubt I’ll ever get back into video games as much as I did with everquest, but cherish the time I did.
Edit Formatting, that I still cant figure out.

/v/LEGO Trains. Just like being into model trains, but you can much more easily build the exact model you want, and if it falls and smashes into the floor, you can easily repair it. No need to shell out another $100 to replace it.
Geocaching. Basically gamifying the outdoors. I'm normally a very indoors person, but this is a way to get me out into nature and get some exercise. Hiking out into the forest and up mountains, in search of some camouflaged container is a great way to see amazing sites that a lot of people don't even know are there

I think most of us will say computers in one way or another, that's one of mine! Cars, DJing, photography a long time ago, and biking! Don't really keep up on any of them now that I have other expenses. All I really do now is bike ride on a bike I wish I could afford to replace.
EDIT: Saw someone else mention it, I ALSO got into homebrewing a few years back! My wife and I love doing it, but it's another thing that's fallen to the wayside due to having to pay for other things! That and we used to live in apartment with bad AC so we couldn't brew in the summer!

I'm into martial arts and lifting weights. When I was a teenager I did Karate and now, after an 8 year long hiatus I'm doing Krav Maga. I started lifting more seriously and am also into pogonotomy.

Distance running: a few years ago, I decided to try running. Fast foward to now and am running half-marathon distance several times a week as part of my training.
Cycling: since running can get rather monotonous, I picked up cycling. It's actually quite fun (although quite expensive to get started with good/durable gear).
Highly recommend both as physical hobbies.
