Or better yet just use an emulator on your pc with a controller, most consoles from before 2006 have emulators that are almost perfect.
I ripped most all of my childhood video games to my hard-drive and still play them occasionally, only now I play them at 1080p and 60fps on a 25'' screen.
ODroid XU4 can do all that plus 4 times faster 8 core CPU, 4 times more ram (2 gigabytes), 1 gigabit ethernet, and real actual usb 3 ports for fast hard drives.
It emulates Playstation 1 , Nintendo DS, PSP, and Nintendo 64 flawlessly (the ODROID)
And its 52 bucks and fancy funny cases exist too

4x times more ram, and its 8 cores are almost 6 times faster in benchmarks.
Arcadepunks.com has links to usenet nzbs of 128GB 200GB and 400GB packed images of countless games for it.

If you need more Dreamcast game CDs or more PS1 images, you attach a big USB hard drive to your odroid.
