People are waking up to this fact more every day.

I was reading an article this week about the next generation of hard-drives, and one of the commentators at the end of the article said (as best I recall) "There's no need to backup your data. Just file a freedom of information act warrant and the NSA will provide everything you ever had on a hard-drive for the last 20 years".
