Excellent Choice! Also become a member of your States' Farm Bureau as they have many family based programs, as well as supporting 4-H activities across the Nation.

I did my hunter education this year with a bunch of 4H kids. They were awesome! Such cool kids picking up incredible life-long skills and having a great time with their parents.

I had a lot of fun in the FFA when I was younger. Big supporter of the work they do.

I have yet to meet someone who grew up with 4-H that failed to turn into an awesome person.

10 year 4-H member here. I hated it when I participated. Only because my mom made me do it. Now I can't get enough of DIY projects, sewing and my fiancee and I have decided to move out of our state and onto land that has acres. So I can start canning, gardening and get some farm animals.

4-H is a way to make great social connections. I found out my dad's family has a long line of farmers and was able to get a job working on their farms each summer. I met so many people who taught me new things about tractors, or riding horses, or woodworking. The possibilities are endless. 10/10 wish I could go back and enjoy it more. 10/10 will have my kids participate.

I loved 4-H camp so much that when I got old enough I got a job there. Thank you.
