Mr. Cates is definitely worth following for the information and educated opinions he gives. He knew that Rod Rosenstein was a white hat maybe 6 months after he was confirmed because of the actions RR took. He gave reams of evidence pointing to RR preparing the field for the upcoming indictments. He also gave us good insight into A.G. Sessions arguing convincingly with evidence to back up his assertion , that AG Sessions was not asleep at the helm but working quietly and efficiently behind the scenes. ( MS-13 , Child / Human sex trafficking rings , setting up Prosecutor Huber to work with Inspector General Michael Horowitz's OIG etc.) He told us that he would NOT be going after Hillary et. al. right from the start , that was not his job. His job like DAG Rosenstein was to prepare the field and set it up for AG Barr to take them all down. Jeff Sessions and RR no longer being in the DOJ also means they are free to testify against every crime they have seen and cataloged. Peace Y

I'm wondering though, if RR is not black hat, then BM would according to Q not be either. Not saying they are white hats, just forced to do the bidding's of the good guys. What we have seen these last few weeks indicate that RM seems to be a real villain, whereas RR might be the Dems worst nightmare.
Is this one of these "disinformation is necessary" situations?

Cates continues to make the best "RR isn't a black hat" argument around.
To be honest, in my favorite narrative of how things will play out, he's right.

RR has a lot of 'redeeming' to do if he is to save his ass after what he's done.. He's not a righteous guy, just a self-serving weasel singing to save his ass..

LEVERAGE
DC runs on leverage. If they can threaten his family, they can control his function in gov't. That's how this works. This is what Q means by "strings cut."
