Yes, by reading the Rx you can explore what is in the Vaccines. All information is available through books. Aside from trade secrets which must be disclosed to the FDA, the rest are available. Which Vaccine in question did you want to know what is in it?

GSK manufactured MMR vaccine, does it have aluminum adjuvants? Why do they still use aluminum if it's function is still not well understood? Why is it still used when it's a proven carcinogen?

Adjuvants help vaccines work better, because they cause an infection with associated allergic reaction and forces the body's immune system to act. Thus through classical conditioning the adjuvant which causes an allergic reaction when paired with a viral protein encourages the body to treat said protein as a foreign invader. However the aluminum, which can and does cross the blood brain barrier and is a proven neurotoxin, has now entered your system and triggered an allergic reaction paired with not just the viral protein but all the other preservatives and ingredients in said vaccine.
Anyway yes I'd like the ingredients in Merck manufactured MMR vaccine.
