Cities and towns have been overburdened by Mexican immigration, Mexicans that don't pay taxes while using public schools, hospitals, public housing, roads, etc., while putting an immense strain on the court system and law enforcement.
Police forces, bulked up by necessity due to the massive influx of people, don't have the tax dollars to operate. I don't think civil forfeiture is right when a person has not been charged with a crime or charged with a crime that is not associated with income. The underlying issue is that Mexican replacement immigration is placing an undue burden that can't be met with taxes. The White people are already taxed to the max and becoming homeless, you can't squeeze even $250 dollars more out of them without putting hundreds or even thousands of White people out on the street.

Yep law enforcement offices in no way should be able to generate revenue form their jobs. It's a conflict of interest through and through. Not from speeding tickets, not from seized assits. All of the money earned should go to repairing the roads and what not. If you leave that kind of profit motive in their path it will only lead to the abuse of the people.

My DA supported it in his campaign as a way to keep taxes low. I do not agree.

So "If we can blatantly steal then we might not raise your extortion rates" was his pitch? Can't say I disagree with you prefering higher rates, extortion is just the more civil option as opposed to "civil" asset forfeiture.
