Great find, and great article.
I believe the theory laid out in the article is precisely what went down. If Barr had not been put in place the circus of this investigation would still be going on today. Now Trump and company can get on with the offensive they had planned.
The article also sheds some on light on the speculation that Rosenstein is not, and was not a white nor grey hat. Rosenstein could clearly have taken the letter from Barr and used it to reign in Mueller. He refused. Rosenstein's refusal to reign in Mueller led to the unfortunate firing of a good man, Sessions. I feel badly for Sessions. He was trapped in a bad situation by the crook Rosenstein.
In my opinion the article did not get pointed enough about who the criminals were in this kangaroo court, and I hope the coming prosecutions make that point very clear that both Mueller and Rosenstein were in on the fix from the beginning, and that Sessions was a casualty of their criminal deception.

The substance was HUGE! Barr states all the cases that backs up his claim.
Summary is the President is elected by The People. President has Constitutional powers. Constitutional powers trumps any other powers. President use of his Constitutional powers can't be a conflict of interest, because the President is where the final decision is. There's no other powers above the President in the Executive Branch.
President can fire his minions (eg Head of the FBI). That is the President's Constitutional power. This can't be claimed as obstruction of justice. Why? Because the law was not set up this way. Eg If Head of FBI fires one of their minions, that Head of FBI can't be charged with obstruction of justice. Why? Because how far down the ladder can you go? What if an FBI fires one of his minion, is that also obstruction of justice?
Also note that Barr states that you can't charge obstruction of justice by the motive of the President. Only the actions. Because you can't objectively prove a thinking.
Barr is pretty good, and very smart.
Brilliant move by Trump and his legal team. It is interesting to see the chess match that was being played behind the scenes! Barr is exactly the AG this country needs! I don’t care who you are, justice needs to reign supreme above all else! I hope Barr is there for the next 5+ years!
A very good article, highly recommended. I am going to revisit some interviews of the men involved in that time frame.
It also shows: RR is not a white hat. He ran cover for Mueller.
And if my suspicion will ever be confirmed, I d say RR and Rm blackmailed Trump with exactly this. Make him FBI dir or.....

This is a very interesting read. A good theory that is plausible considering everything that has occurred.
