I honestly don't care who people vote for as long as it's not this Corrupt individual. ANYONE, even shudder Donald Trump would be better than this Woman.

I am a former AFT member, now with NEA, and it is upsetting that the national leaders would make such a move when many do not feel Clinton is the best choice. I guess at that level it is all about money.

They announced this without approval from the members, many of whom have started petitions asking the endorsement be withdrawn. The rank and file do not trust Hillary.

They are right not to trust her. She's an elitist and will say anything to get elected, much like Obama. She is bought and paid for.

Obama was a mistake. But he was also the best of a list of bad choices.

I know I'll be downvoted for this, but I get the feeling that since teachers are predominantly female, they're choosing Hillary over Bernie for sexist reasons. Bernie is far more supportive of the working class (including teachers) than Hillary, who is beholden to Wall Street that loves to profit by crushing pensions and other financial instruments for the working class.

They aren't choosing Hillary the union leaders are. They still need to funnel money to Democrats

My best guess is that partisans buy the TV propaganda. They have been told Bernie has no chance, and they believe it. The "anyone but Bush" syndrome is still very much alive. Winning is everything to partisans.

Of course, by believing that propaganda, they become part of the troops to make it come out that way. The band wagoning effect.
