Outside the selling of body parts how is this different from what what the Roman Catholic Church did during the inquisition?

Its not. Besides occurring many hundreds of years later.
The real mistake, though, would be to use such a comparison to suggest a moral equivalency that doesn't exist.
Muslims have exhibited zero capacity for self-examination or any type of reform. Their tendency towards violence, atrocities, etc. have ONLY been limited by opportunity, strength of numbers and technology. Thankfully, their habitual inbreeding has limited them, somewhat, as well.
The West should physically go into that "doctor''s brain and take back that Western education.

Issues have arisen that the general public is naive in handling. When an underling goes to the leader and says "Let me handle this for you," the leader has to be cognizant, diligent and ethical in handling the situation. Even if the leader "makes a mistake," an ongoing pattern of "mistakes" certainly makes the leader culpable. The public seems naive in their interpretation and understanding of purposeful misleading terminology. These communication methodologies have transcended millenia in many if not almost all cultures.

Leaders, masterminds and organizers should be held responsible for the actions of those following their lead.
