If you have Celiacs Disease, it means that you are actually allergic to gluten, a protein formed from wheat. If you eat anything with gluten, it makes that mean nutritionally void as your whole GI tract conspires against you and shits itself inside out with Satan's own diarrhea that would knock a maggot off a shitwagon. (I know someone who ACTUALLY has Celiacs, and it's not "oh, it makes me feel bad when I eat gluten." It's "oh god oh jesus I can't take anymore contact the National Guard to send more TP, I've used every piece within 5 miles.")
If you don't have Celiacs, you are just a "look at me I'm special" faggot who should be burned in a pile of wheat chaff.

Wheat has been modified over the years to make it sturdier to grow. It has resulted in it being harder to digest. Some people can be more sensitive to it than others. Thats kinda it.
Bread and grains should be a very small part of a good diet, either way. Meat, meat, green vegetables, meat and meat are the main 5 foods we need.

Gluten is a protein in wheat that was normally broken down by bacteria/yeast during the dough’s fermenting phase when dough was allowed to sit in open air and ferment before baking. Now that mass produced bread uses other quick rising agents instead of naturally fermenting which takes time, the gluten doesn’t get broken down or “pre-digested” for us. I’m not gluten intolerant but I definitely feel better eating real bread that was allowed to sit in open air and ferment naturally. I find that in general eating like our ancestors in Europe is ideal. That includes food preparation. Lots of meat and fermented vegetables, raw dairy, etc. Even bread and pasta are fine when prepared correctly.

Interesting. I guess I don't really eat a lot of bread products, or even drink much beer anymore, so I've never noticed. I also eat mostly beaner flour products, becauae all the "holistic" gluten free people on the farm I live on, eat that instead.

eat onions, garlic, and meat to be a man.
eat lot of turmeric to clean out aluminum from the brain and body, thus warding off/repairing autism and alzhiemers

Folks who like to feel special go on gluten free diets and generally become as bad as crossfit vegans. The reality is that any weight loss is more due to cutting out the carbs involved in most glutenous breads and the whole "I feel so much better" is either from a better overall diet or is purely psychosomatic.
EDIT: Hit submit too soon. The (()) part is from the fact that much of the gluten free stuff is made by Jewish companies and are kosher.

Gluten is poisonous in the blood stream. You can get sick from it via either celiac disease which is rare OR you can have a leaky gut issue which allows gluten to enter the blood stream and create toxic symptions. This second issue is much more common and harder to diagnose. People with this issue often only find out that they had a leaky gut AFTER their symptoms go away when they cut out gluten products.
Also your puking was most likely due to the alcohol you drank rather than anything else. Alcohol makes people puke dumbass.

babes... this reads like you have had your heAd stuck up some dirty-yiddish-gypsy-"jews" asshole for too long... (((western))) "medicine" is 99% dirty-yiddish-gypsy-"jew" fraud!!!

Your saying that alcohol making people puke is a jewish fraud?
Also your ability to communicate over the internet needs a lot of work. Either you are a child or your english teacher should be shot.

my theory, is wheat is poisoned with the roundup bullshit, and that shits literally giving you cancer
"gluten allergies" might be negative reactions to that poison, not the gluten, but this still means avoiding wheat for non-gluten alternatives still avoids the poison
in theory

That's relatively my theory. I've moved to the organic crap, and I don't feel as bad after eating. It just feels retarded to have to check the ingredients on bread to hope you have half a chance at eating something that will not poison you. (Even organic is likely bad 3/4 of the time. Wish I wasn't as lazy and would just bake my own bread.)

To be fair, I started eating a ketogenic diet about a month ago which is accidentally gluten-free and the bloat I felt every morning after waking up is gone now. I'm sure as hell don't have celiac disease but gluten is definitely hard to digest for me.
