You are welcome. We just don't think about the calories we take in because a freaking value meal shouldn't be the amount of our entire days calories. What is really freaky is if you look up portion sizes for what we should be eating per meal, it looks like there is no way it is enough food to eat. Another thing that could lead to quick obesity is when a person is in high school playing sports and they eat a huge amount of calories per day because they are spending it all exercising and playing sports. Then they graduate and all that stops but they don't really think about the disconnect between eating and when they should have changed their eating habits they didn't, because we really don't like to think about how much of a slave we are too habits, Boom instant avalanche of weight gain because of huge caloric intake but no longer the extreme exercise routine to burn it all away.

All good points. I constantly worried that I'm not eating enough and that I'm going to lose muscle. I have to take Weight Gainer shakes that are 1200 calories per serving in order to just get enough calories in my body everyday. I just can't seem to physically fit enough food in my stomach to properly fill me for the day and reach the calories I need. I workout a lot and average burn 3800 4000 calories a day.

If you are burning through that many you would want augmentation for the diet without a doubt or else you will run out of gas.
