If you're a man learn a skill, go to the gym, become fit, go learn a trade, and make a routine. If you're a women basically do the opposite of what feminism says.

I am focused on what I can do to improve things. My plan is to have a family. I focus exclusively on that. So right now, that means getting my body ready for babies, making and saving money, and planning our wedding.
My fiance gets a little tired of me talking about babies all the time. For me, it is the only way that I can raise my mind above this mess. I am not a loud person, I try to live by example but I don't tell others how to live. With children, though, I can raise them right. I can teach them how to think.
I, personally, cannot stop the hordes. But we can out breed them.

I read most of the replies here and agree with many of the as excellent advice. For myself, I'm old and I expect to live perhaps another 15-20 years, if I don't die sooner of disease or an accident. I don't despair of the future for my own sake, because I won't see the obvious horror that is coming, but I do despair on behalf of my sons, who are adults and have the rest of their lives ahead of them. However, they have the energy and optimism that youth gives one, and they're independent thinkers like their old man, so I don't worry too much about them (although you always worry about your children, long after they leave the home).

Hopefully they make you proud Sir.

You assume I'm not. Lol.
To quote our favorite doctor, Dr. Goebbels:

I'm done. Just waiting on the fire that will likely never come. Too many boomers and complacent filth.
I hope the position for Angel of Death is open. I have a very personal vendetta to fulfill...

Life sucks and is hard sometimes. Any ideology that tells you otherwise is going to leave you hurt and confused when things go wrong because you can't find it in you to "be awesome instead".
Things get better and they get worse, sometimes through no fault that you can pin down. Sometimes you just have to ride out a shitty time in your life. In my experience (and I've literally been in a couple of psych wards) when times get tough, you should focus on the basics: eat clean, sleep consistently, exercise, read, keep a clean house. It gives you a baseline level of heath and psych wellbeing that's entirely under your control. And when you stumble on those steps you're probably still ahead of where most people are.
I guess to me, being "red pilled" is about seeing bad times coming, recognizing you're not responsible for society as a whole but are responsible for yourself, and trying to be one of the good men who spawn good times, not one of the weak and lazy men who spawn hard times.

Vengeance is mine saith the Lord... Get that through your heads!
Through bonafide experience of my own, I'm able to attest to the Lord's vengeance is something we could never even imagine to even come close to matching.
Give it to God and leave it there, then wait with Faith.
You shall see.
