My life became instantaneously meaningful the moment I became a father and in the same moment the world became a cesspool of inhumanity — one begat the other — but despite this poisonous truth creeping into my worldview, I desperately believe my efforts now will have been worth it. Some call it hopeless naïveté, but I just call it hope. Rue the day my hope goes away because in my wake will be a terrifying accounting writ in the lifeless bodies of devils

Being red pilled sets you free and explains a lot as to why so many people are mentally fucked up. They are being shovelled shit from every direction - when you are redpilled you know exactly who/what your enemies are, and then how to avoid them. It's incredibly freeing, in fact.

Try to look at the bright side.. WWE potentially get to be the men to save the West. Train your body, mind, and spirit in the meantime and prepare accordingly. I know that's vague but just view your current life as an RPG. Become the hero

It's not about avoiding the depression, it's how you manage it that's key.

You get married and have kids.. Or you become a martyr and kill a bunch of non whites..
Depression comes from not having a purpose on life.
Find your purpose, make lives or take lives.
