Prayer, Christ, Orthodox Church, not the cattle Churches. Go to a Church, ask the Pastor who killed Jesus. If he says, The Jews, or the Philistines, you're gtg. If he says, welll... umm..... erm..... then inform him it was the Jews and try the next church.

Partially as a result of the red pill, I have realized the the responsibilities foist upon me are simply too much for me to handle. So instead of getting black pilled, every day I do something to improve my efficacy, white pilled by the knowledge that one day these problems will be nothing to me.

Stop caring about things. Instead, focus your energy into investing into yourself, the people closest to you who matter in your life who invest into themselves, and other people who matter to them. That's a bit ambiguous at first glance, so I'll throw down some specifics. Exercise, train in a martial art, and cook better quality meals for yourself. Make the most of the time you've been granted. Learn skills and pursue knowledge that enables you to enhance your quality of life. Associate with people who work to make peoples lives qualitatively better, not simply easier. Develop skills that enable you to deny the state means to tax your productivity.

Life sucks and is hard sometimes. Any ideology that tells you otherwise is going to leave you hurt and confused when things go wrong because you can't find it in you to "be awesome instead".
Things get better and they get worse, sometimes through no fault that you can pin down. Sometimes you just have to ride out a shitty time in your life. In my experience (and I've literally been in a couple of psych wards) when times get tough, you should focus on the basics: eat clean, sleep consistently, exercise, read, keep a clean house. It gives you a baseline level of heath and psych wellbeing that's entirely under your control. And when you stumble on those steps you're probably still ahead of where most people are.
I guess to me, being "red pilled" is about seeing bad times coming, recognizing you're not responsible for society as a whole but are responsible for yourself, and trying to be one of the good men who spawn good times, not one of the weak and lazy men who spawn hard times.
