Slow seething anger is not depression.

You should be active in some way. Express yourself. Try to become as good as you can in a sport, martial arts, music, art, study and learn history or other subjects, something. Find something you enjoy (if you enjoy it you'll probably get good at it as you'll be happy to put in the hours needed). Give yourself some pride and a feeling of accomplishment. You can lend a hand to political or cultural efforts and social outreach to change things. Every helping hand shares the burden for those trying and can lighten the load on your heart as you'll know at least you've done something instead of nothing. Your achievements and efforts will also be great self-improvement and make you a more interesting, confident and admirable person which will in turn make others like you more. It'll give you a good excuse for social situations and meeting others of like mind.

Blackpill and depression leads to inactivity, isolation, rot and decline, high suicide rates, self-destruction or self-sabotage in general, fearing hope so surrendering to doom, etc.

Joy is a choice and it doesn't necessarily mean always being happy. I hope you find a way that works for you.

Voat is very demoralizing. Other places even somewhat similar to it will also be demoralizing.

Your consumption of these kinds of places needs to be balenced.

This is a good start, at least.

Other notable advice could be building testosterone, which is a natural anti-depressant. You can accomplish this by using your muscles outside of your typical routine. Do some heavy yard work or do a reasonable amount of push-ups each day. You can also try to consume less processed foods, ensure you're properly supplementing your diet with vitamins and minerals, and you can try to get more sleep at night. These are all things that can lead you toward having more energy and distracting your brain from depression.
