You assume I'm not. Lol.

To quote our favorite doctor, Dr. Goebbels:

I'm done. Just waiting on the fire that will likely never come. Too many boomers and complacent filth.

I hope the position for Angel of Death is open. I have a very personal vendetta to fulfill...

Life sucks and is hard sometimes. Any ideology that tells you otherwise is going to leave you hurt and confused when things go wrong because you can't find it in you to "be awesome instead".

Things get better and they get worse, sometimes through no fault that you can pin down. Sometimes you just have to ride out a shitty time in your life. In my experience (and I've literally been in a couple of psych wards) when times get tough, you should focus on the basics: eat clean, sleep consistently, exercise, read, keep a clean house. It gives you a baseline level of heath and psych wellbeing that's entirely under your control. And when you stumble on those steps you're probably still ahead of where most people are.

I guess to me, being "red pilled" is about seeing bad times coming, recognizing you're not responsible for society as a whole but are responsible for yourself, and trying to be one of the good men who spawn good times, not one of the weak and lazy men who spawn hard times.

Stop caring about things. Instead, focus your energy into investing into yourself, the people closest to you who matter in your life who invest into themselves, and other people who matter to them. That's a bit ambiguous at first glance, so I'll throw down some specifics. Exercise, train in a martial art, and cook better quality meals for yourself. Make the most of the time you've been granted. Learn skills and pursue knowledge that enables you to enhance your quality of life. Associate with people who work to make peoples lives qualitatively better, not simply easier. Develop skills that enable you to deny the state means to tax your productivity.

Voat is very demoralizing. Other places even somewhat similar to it will also be demoralizing.

Your consumption of these kinds of places needs to be balenced.

This is a good start, at least.

Other notable advice could be building testosterone, which is a natural anti-depressant. You can accomplish this by using your muscles outside of your typical routine. Do some heavy yard work or do a reasonable amount of push-ups each day. You can also try to consume less processed foods, ensure you're properly supplementing your diet with vitamins and minerals, and you can try to get more sleep at night. These are all things that can lead you toward having more energy and distracting your brain from depression.

The depression isn't going to reconcile itself, you must take to action, fitness, preparation for bad times but also good times which might otherwise pass you by. I understand reviling the notion of contributing to the multicultural hell by participating in this detestable "society" but if there is any hope, you must prepare, and if our chance has passed us by, failing to be prepared for any other possible chances is as great a sin as what boomers did by refusing to resist or warn their children. We want to stay in our home countries but as many white nation's as there are, there are also that many chances, be prepared physically and economically to move and fight across an ocean.

Simple steps to get out of the lowest position:

  • Add 30 minutes of physical activity to your day, take a walk.
    • Get more sunlight, get a vitamin d supplement if you aren't getting enough sun.
    • Sleep as much as you can, you need 6-8 hours.
    • Eat more nutritious food, a good steak will naturally boost your mood, but don't skip your veggies.
    • Processed sugar and wheat are the enemy, cut sugared drinks, eat fruits if you want sweets.
    • Feeling strong is important I'm on mobile now but if anyone needs a guide to building strength or just muscle, ask and you shall receive, fat or scrawny, impoverished or wealthy I can get you on the right track.
    • Learn to attack your anxieties, worrying is bad for you, cortisol is the enemy, if something is unavoidable, don't put it off, do it first. Many hours or days with anxiety over a task that will only take a few hours will condition you against responsible behavior in the long run.

Everyone knows these thing, doing them is another thing.

If there is no chance of winning for whites have the resources to spread your seed and do it, genetic engineering isn't far off, all the inferior breeds see white beauty as the pinnacle, they will take our form slowly over generations, they will take european heritage genetics for their minds as well. Give them the seed, staying behind to raise it won't matter so when you are done come back to our poisoned and rotting home and remove the Jews at the top, one powerful kike is more important than 50 whole Jewish families living under the ivory tower.

Everyday I seek to improve my own situation. I lift, track ny calories, eat a healthy diet, work to make and save money, and try to sleep 8 hours every night.

Good simple advice. Best way to keep a healthy mind and body and avoid depression spirals and self-destruction or rotting forever with inaction.

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, Courage to change the things I can, And wisdom to know the difference.

I pray to God and ask for guidance when I'm at my lowest. I play games and watch TV when I want an escape.
