I think there is a lot of emotional hysteria, and a serious lack of objectivity and critical thinking, on BOTH sides. One thing I'm seriously getting sick of among the Left on Reddit, is this attitude that their perspectives ought to be a foregone conclusion, and if you don't know that or agree with it, then you should only be shown contempt, and then erased or deleted.

On the other hand, I also don't like white supremacist patriarchy any more than I like intersectionalist emotionalism. The answer is not to have the tech industry dominated exclusively either by heterosexual white men, OR pansexual black women; but instead to simply have said industry populated both by whoever wants to work there, and has the necessary ability, regardless of what demographic they belong to.

I'm aware that the polar consensus on Voat is that straight white men should own the planet; while on Reddit, the consensus is that blacks, women, and gays would. I am sick of this polarisation, and I have been ever since it really started to become mainstream about 5 years ago. We're not going to find solutions to anything by being completely polarised on either side.

How about you start with critical thinking by using common sense? Race mixing creates inferiority, corrupted bloodlines, and severe lifestyle defects like intelligence, eyesight, hair loss, immune system, life expectancy etc. Furthermore it destroys two races and creates a massive lack of identity in the offspring, who will not be connected to any of his heritage lines. Race represents the security for blood, which represents family. Blood and race together create the collective, out of which an individual is born. That is the natural basics of procreation. Your races are getting systematically erased, and with them you will lose culture, country, nation, wealth, security and freedom. The ones in charge are indeed creating slaves...replaceable, identity less, low IQ fodder, not bound by anything other than their addiction to the fake cultural replacement of capitalism. "I'm not Hispanic, European, Asian, Black...I'm a gamer, I'm a tattoo artist, I'm a feminist, I'm a Star Wars fan...I'm a corporate slave"

The slavish devotion to diversity has been going on for decades and decades. My wife and I were both managers from the 90s and both were in diversity training. I spoke up and questioned the value and was put into my place and learned not to question the narrative in public. She was honest in the anonymous post-it exercises that were done and her responses were ridiculed so she learned her lesson also.

I left for GOOG but got in a car accident and became disabled a year or so before the whole James Damore thing went down, I'm in a way glad because I'm pretty sure I couldn't have kept my mouth shut. I do notice that all my Google "friends" seem to have disappeared from my social media circles.

Microsoft is painfully devoted to metrics and thus the bottom line. The diversity adherence is for PR and hiring. MSFT isn't the #1 tech company any more and can't afford additional negative checkmarks when top candidates are considering where to work after graduation. 90% of the managers who profess undying love of diversity do it because their own diversity metrics are part of their own ratings and thus their ability to move towards the coveted reward of partnership.

We had a diversity initiative at work. Survey went around asking people for feedback on what sort of initiatives they want to see, they even wanted your name. I refused to fill out the form.
