I have a honey bee on my wrist that took a couple of weeks to heal. It seems like my color tattoos always take a little bit longer to heal especially if there is a lot of blending involved.

Probably just got you heavy and deep with the machine. It may just be your artist has a heavy hand.

That is possible, I didn't go to my usual artist this time because it was just a small piece and I didn't need him to design anything.

Keep an eye out for infection and all, it'll most likely be fine. I've had the same thing happen a couple times over the years. My forearm on one of my sleeves for some reason and also my sternum.

If you do get worried for some reason go talk to your regular artist and see what they think. That or the doctor...

Hope it goes/heals well.
