multiple thousand plus pound brass bells melted
I doubt it, they're not melting steel beams in there. Just wooden roofs. They can easily be salvaged and recast.
Most of the stone used to construct the foundation, main walls, etc should be fine. They'll need a good repointing and some solid smoke remediation but things should be mostly OK. Some of the finer things like stained glass will be fucked up. Probably melted.
Pews are gone. I'm sure that place was loaded with lead glazing and lead in other parts of the building. So remediation for that, clean up the main stone, salvage and recast the bells, make some badass new stained glass windows, and we're good to go.
Now to fund it
and figure out if there was any shenanigans with the architect, contractor, or other people on the jobsite.
“Le véritable Amoureux de Paris n'est pas un être vulgairement jaloux et égoïste. Il sait qu'il possède une amie aussi incomparablement belle, le matin, lorsque le soleil se lève derrière les tours de Notre-Dame, que la nuit, lorsque la Seine scintille de mille points lumineux, et sa grande joie est d'essayer de faire comprendre et partager son amour.”

A spiritually dead country, who has whored itself out to the world, has gotten one of their most iconic cathedrals burnt to the ground. It's fitting, really. Probably the average French is too busy worshiping some nigger football player to care about this more than the MSM tells them to care.
