Would a few tonnes of water really collapse a structure this large that was being secured by scaffolding that maintained it's structural integrity for more then three hours?
Why not use foam drop tanks?
Why did it take half an hour for firefighters to start battling the flames?
Why didn't they have long enough ladders?
Why did I only see one small hose that wasn't even denting the fire for over an hour?
Can they protect the remaining towers until daybreak?
Worst fire department ever.
Why don't they have a cause yet?
Is it related to Christchurch?
Will there be a cover up?
Was cringey to watch the French fall apart like that live while broadcasted to the world. Now I am left with more questions then answers.
I believe that fairly early on they decided to focus on rescuing the works of art. So less water and foam, to avoid damaging them, and to avoid drowning the teams running in to rescue. The interior of the cathedral was all wood, so once it got to burning fairly well it was probably a lost cause. The big questions in my mind is how did it start, and why did it spread so quickly so soon? The workers supposedly had only just left the building 6 minutes before.
I accidentally the original png after saving a low quality jpeg version. Then ran it through a denoise filter in an attempt to clean it up and reconverted it to .png since it has exif data for glow niggers to tamper with. Thanks for cleaning it up. Spread it and make it your default counter-strike spray. My first attempt at inking it didn't work but I used the wrong kind of ink and a shitty piece of printer paper as the stencil.
