small container will probably last the rest of your life.
Unless I let it deep freeze and thaw through cycles, like I have a habit of doing. It’s one of the disadvantages of keeping a well-stocked vehicle which does not always make it into the garage. Frankly, the glue I have might be fine, but it has some spotty discoloration which I do not view as a positive.

Actually, now that I think about it, it might have a short shelf life. I forget. I've not used it in ages. I haven't fixed my own guitars in a long, long time.

I enjoy the work into maintaining my own, at least my favorites. Had I a collection of historically significant instruments like you do, Id prefer the cachet of having luthiers maintain them.
I only have one significant instrument, and it’s only so due to a combination of being handmade and (of course?) because of it being my primary. ;D
