Relax. The actual charge he was hit with is pretty minor, with a maximum sentence of only 5 years.

Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton committed TREASON and nothing as been done to her (the sentence for that is "death").

OP here, so should we wait those 5 years to hear what he has to say?

The point is, it's a minor crime he is being charged for. Conspiracy to attempt to crack a government password, in relation to the Bradley Manning leaks. Manning has been out of jail for years, and he was the one who actually stole data, AND leaked it. So it's a pretty weak charge against JA, and it looks to be a move to get him into the US, more than harm him.

Maybe we are fixin' to bring Assange into the Light, make him safe, allow any legal issues to be examined and disposed of properly while also examining any data he has which might be useful to our endeavors.

Maybe we are helping him, tho necessarily via a contrived methodology.

Is he safer now than he was yesterday?

I won't Quit. I will learn how to cast voodoo spells on DJT and his children, and won't stop till I see results (horrible disfigurements/dismemberment death kinda stuff).

He was reading Gore Vidal's, "The National Security State" when arrested. Coincidence?
