Oh probably not right now. Eventually I'm sure the government will figure out a way to do it. Crypto-currency is not my expertise. I just think the old adage, "if it moves, tax it" will prevail. I'm thinking right now the people that are sending remittances are like me, and not yet sophisticated enough to venture into bitcoin et al. They use cash and go to Western Union to get the transfers done.

Bitcoin prevents lots of things that governments are accustomed to doing with currency.
