article snapshot claims masculine leftists with picture of four men underneath
Think critically. Do we know the picture is related? Do we know the four men politically ascribe to "leftism"? Do you really trust a flashy news article to be honest? How much evidence digging did each of you perform to conclude the picture is trustworthy?
Now look at the majority of comments here: variants of personal attacks to tear down a perceived opponent working for "the other team". What if these were actually four "right-wing" men that you were just tricked into belittling? Think about it.

Being macho is not masculine. It doesn't even look it. Being macho is what Masculinity encounters from his elementary school age little brother wearing his oversized clothes, trying to emulate his big brother, but only making his older sibling chuckle and muss his hair before kicking him out of his room.

It doesn't take a guy to be absolutely fucking huge to be masculine... It's a way of life, really. You can be a scrawny fuck, but know how to do shit meathead McGraw doesn't.
It's mental and physical. The strong and smart survive. As a man though, it's your duty to be both. Always.
