get a used a wacom tablet super easy and forgiving, materials like paint and ink are expensive and unforgiving af so digital is best way to learn although I love charcoal and rough paper the best. You can spend a lifetime learning, I taught myself after watching a history channel doc about learnardo and his study of light it changed the way I think about creating imagery --It is all about light I am good at everything took me year or so to learn to draw painting is much much harder . Gl have fun

Start drawing. Then draw some more. Then draw some more. Books and tutorials will only help with different techniques, but won't really teach you how to draw.

No, they should stay away from (((abstract sculptures made of junk))). They should stick with classic abstract ideas, and stay away from (((modern abstract styles))).

Lazy nigger. You aren't going to be dope right away unless you have an inborn natural talent for it. And you'd know that already.
Now. If you want to be actually good at art go start taking some life drawing classes. Learn to draw what you see directly in front of you. The tutorials you'll find online will have usefull info. But they'll never make you good at art. The vast majority of digital artists and comic artists really aren't good. most make terrible mistakes in things like proportion in a person. Because they don't have a solid basis.
Learn to sit in front of a live model and draw what you see. Do that about 5000 times this year. That'll be a start.

Look up sonic fanart on Deviant art and just do that. It's the best place for dunning kruger fucksticks who want to get attention without developing any kind of skill.
