George Soros owns the majority of machines. Article came out last year that Nancy Pelosi also owns some of the machines in CA.

Not all machines are owned by the same group, and the groups don't always agree with each other on how to rig the election.

Just watching national and congressional elections you can watch certain counties that don't have all precincts in until the red counties are finished. They'll find a few more votes here and there "somehow". Although Uniparty seems to win no matter what these days.

And the mail in ballot counters tell them outright they won't be done until a few months after the video fraud election.
