Question: why can’t WE sue MSM? I feel like if they promise to deliver the news they should deliver the news. Is a class action totally out of the question?
If we paid for the service to receive the news such as satellite, cable for TV, radio, internet, etc. and paid thinking we were to receive the real news in good faith but instead received false narratives, then perhaps a class action suit could be a consideration. News is NOT considered entertainment media, it is real information reported as such. If it was supposed to be a false narrative with intent to entertain and amuse such as an SNL skit, then it would be categorized as entertainment, but news is not entertainment, it is informative and real which is what it was supposed to be. So perhaps maybe there could be a class action suit generated, especially if POTUS sues the shit out of them.
Well listen to hannity and tucker this eve. They hit way too hard on MSM to be owned by the big 6 imho. It makes sense that Trump has some control of their programming content. Although Paul Ryan joining is problematic.
