Lower your carb intake and eat more animal fat. Eat lots of organic meat and fish. The (((food pyramid))) overestimates the amount of carbs you should be eating - stop consuming excessive amounts. Do not eat feminized products soyboy. Treat yourself to an occasional glass of good red wine, or a small portion of high cocoa dark chocolate. Try intermittent fasting, a simple 18/6 routine can work wonders.

Got anything to back that up? You Dr.(((berg))) shill.

It's pretty moderate advice, and not a keto diet. If you're made significant strength gains and attained a low body fat without steroids, you've likely gone down that path with success.

high fat and low carb is not keto

if its not keto then its the atkins diet which is well known to cause heart disease. an autopsy on atkins revealed he had extensive heart disease.

Like not being hungry and having mood swings all the time because your blood sugar isn’t peaking then plummeting?

anecdotal evidence but i'll bite.

your blood sugar is meant to rise and fall, how fucking clueless are you? not only that, rising and falling blood sugar is not going to effect your moods lmao. how do you know what your blood sugar is doing through out the day anyway? do you prick yourself regularly to check it?

Having more energy because your not relying on glycogen as your main fuel source but fats instead so you don’t need to 'carb up' half way through your ride?

nice fucking bro-science.

Feeling better and looking better because you don’t have all that carb bloat and associated water weight?

there's no such thing as carb-bloat, you retard. stop making shit up.

Oh, and cut out grains. see pic related.

cutting out whole grains

well if you want to miss out on health benefits then sure. Lose out on all the fiber, protein (yes protein), iron, B-6 and magnesium.

Couldn't track down any of the sources in your picture btw. Tons of anons on /pol/s spout bullshit.

You can only get fiber with high carb foods usually…in other words, fruits & vegetables. please point to me these magical low carb high fiber foods. You're getting too that the best bacteria in our guts thrives off of carbs, it produces serotonin for us. There's been studies on this showing people who switch to plant based diets have much lower rates of depression.

keto euphoria

Did you even read the picture? It's showing the plant eaters had lower cortisol levels and higher testosterone levels.

idk, personal experience?

Like not being hungry and having mood swings all the time because your blood sugar isn’t peaking then plummeting?

Having more energy because your not relying on glycogen as your main fuel source but fats instead so you don’t need to 'carb up' half way through your ride?

Feeling better and looking better because you don’t have all that carb bloat and associated water weight?

Just anecdotes i suppose and if you dont want to drop some carbs then i guess thats your call, anon. But its not like many of us cant relate similar experiences to the ones i mentioned. Meh.

Oh, and cut out grains. see pic related.

If you got OCD issues I recommend lithium.

For energy and depression consider testosterone rt.

If you don't spend time in the sun take vit D.

How to get shit done:

  1. Avoid coping. Coping is distractions from what you really got to do. f you remove coping you get more time to achieve.

  2. Plan better, but a notebook and a pen, write things you need to do. Then do it.

  3. Coping and distractions should be the goal of your work, not your entire life. More work equals better means of coping on your freetime.

It is easy to get in the coping trap. You may trick yourself thinking this thing is important or useful, while there are other things that should br prioritized and done first.

-

Some distractions to avoid:

Television

Puts your brain in an alpha state, making you lose track of time, forget what you are doing and teach you to react to stimulus in a certain way.

Excessive exercise

Should not be necessary unless you are a bodybuilder or professional athlete

Your goal should be to become lean and strong.

Excessive cleaning and maintenance:

This is the hardest coping trap to fall into. Organize and get routines to minimize time spent doing this. Or get a wife.

Your main goals:

  1. Become debt free and financially independent.

  2. To avoid the renting jew

  3. To develop a family and have kids.

Learn to not melt under pressure, become strong. Stop being a over polite nice boy. It makes you boring and the only women who likes men like that are narcissistic socialites. It is actually okay and perfectly fine to be serious, you do not have to smile all the time to please everybody. Learn to speak up, don't accept bullshit from either woman or co-workers. It is much more important to be respected than liked.

smoking cigs is actually pretty harmful

cigars is less so because you're not supposed to inhale the smoke

the redpill is that tobacco itself is actually a very useful stimulant and that nicotine is an extremely powerful nootropic if you know how to use it. Cigs happen to be a shit-tier vehicle, though.

I use nicotine lozenges to reinforce habits such as weightlifting and studying, as well as to improve my performance in high risk activities like piloting aircraft. I also use swedish snus to relax in the evenings.

If you're interested in lots of research on this subject you can find it here

https://www.gwern.net/Nicotine#benefits

in brief:

reaction time is improved, as is inspection time and visual search

pilots’ performance enhanced 4/5 as much as donepezil does; improves late-day piloting

driving performance enhanced

overnight performance on various memory & attention tasks (“These data suggest that when performance is being measured overnight, smokers show little or no impairment, whilst the performance of non-smokers showed performance decrements.”)

boost in IQ was shown in a small sample of smokers

Recently quit cigarettes. Started when I was 13. Easily the most retarded this g I have ever done, even compared to drug usage. Drugs were extremely easy to quit compared to cigs. However I do miss the more tasteful forms of tobacco like pipes and nasal snuff. Still would never recommend people even try nicotine containing substances.

become dependent on a drug to do something you should be able to do through will alone

I understand your intentions, but, if you've never used it. Then there's no reason to start using it now.

I hope everyone follows >>13032664 example and doesn't even consider it. I hope everyone can learn to be as willful as you, anon.

I feel towards nicotine the same way I feel towards caffeine. It's not neccesary and I don't wish to become dependent on it so I won't use it.

Before I blogpost a bit, I wanted to ask /SIG/ do you guys have any recipes for vegetable smoothies/juice blends? At the end of the semester I plan to go on a 3 week cleanse (raw vegetables and raw nuts only) to try and clean out my intestines and such.

I've gone fully organic with my diet over the past 3 months (started as a new year's resolution). I haven't really noticed a difference, but I intend to keep the lifestyle change. I've tried some keto replacement type recipes but haven't committed to it yet. I'm still figuring out how to replace certain things, as some of the recipes I make use potatoes in them. If you have any questions about switching your diet over, I would be happy to answer them.

That’s retarded. No such thing as “cleansing”, if you’re fueling your body properly it will actively cleanse itself. What are you trying to cleanse yourself of?

I'm citing knowledge off the top of my head

All vegan knowledge is copypasta. I would know, I used to be one. No one has any understanding of how anything actually works in the body, they just repeat what they hear from others. There are dozens of nutrients you can’t get from plants in a bioavailable form, that alone condemns the diet.

I get where you’re coming from, I was vegan for an embarrassing number of years, and even though all I did was repeat what every vegan repeats about nutrition most people do just respond with “muh bacon”, which isn’t an argument, so it’s easy to go on for some time without ever encountering actual opposition. There are legitimate arguments though, the whole vegan movement is built on bad science.

If you’re genuine and not a shill, I encourage you to think more about it. As a teenager the ethical angle got to me, but my own understanding of natural cycles and our place in them has grown immensely, I’m not trying to escape the natural order anymore. Veganism echoes marxism in its “everything is equal”, and transhumanism in its “nothing has to die”. Death is a natural part of the cycle.

The vegan diet is in the same shit as the tiny house movement, psyops to prep people for their agenda 21 megacity micro apartment and daily soylent ration.

I’m not going to cite anything for you, because you won’t belive it till you go out and find it on your own, but Fat of the Land by stefansson is good and easy to find a pdf of, Weston Price can be a good resource too.

Can I get some feedback on this self-study curriculum?

You're suppose to apply all the rules from How to Read a Book and write a book outline, analysis and synthesis on every book thereafter but I forgot to include that in the final version.

If anyone has critique I'd appreciate it. I'd like it to be infographic-worthy.

give it a shot, it worked surprisingly well for me.been smoking cigs/weed and some light drinking for 20 years with little success of stopping it(managed to stop smoking a pack a day, but still 2-5 spliffs daily so i was on avg 2-3 cigs/day).difficult part was free time from work, there is no way I would succeed with normal work/stress routine.first 2 attempts failed miserably after 2 days of being clean, 3rd time worked like a charm.I dropped everything:no weed/no tobacco, alcohol and most important:no stimulants=no coffe or tea.I was so damm sleepy I spent 3 straight day in bed, my head hurt and had some nasty diarrhea at the beginning…I didn't lift or read..I just slept and played with my kids when I could.after 2 weeks I went back to work, first 2 working weeks were a bit difficult..but it eased eventually and after 3-4 months I could even go out partying like a teenager for one night without being afraid I would loose it again.

turns out my occasional partying with heavy hangover next day is not an issue, problems arise when you make it part of your daily routine…
