There is NO REASON to be fat, overweight, or obese. Read that twice. There is no reason to have a beer gut, love handles, a “muffin top” or “bingo wings”.
There is a very, very simple solution (note: I typed “simple”, not easy).
Water fasting. Food is fuel. Body fat is fuel. That is all it is. It’s not a measure of your self worth. It’s just fuel. If you have body fat then you have excess fuel. That simple.
Our bodies were not designed to live in a reality where food was always available and plentiful. Nor have they evolved or adapted to that reality. Your body is designed to burn the fuel it needs to survive any excess goes into reserves for when you need it. Physical exercise is fine, use it to build muscle, flexibility, endurance however it’s pretty poor for losing weight.
I was 350 plus pounds. I say “plus” because that is as high as my scale would go.
I did some research and found that the “keto diet” is great but that you can go into ketosis faster by just not eating. Then I read about the morbidly obese man who, under the supervision of doctors, just stopped eating and he lost all excess body weight and did not die. I now weight 178 lbs, my calculated “ideal” body weight.
I would do the following everyday.
1.) drink a minimum of 3 liters of water.
2.) take magnesium, sodium, and potassium supplements.
3.) Take caffeine pills to get me active (this staved off boredom and desire to eat)
4.) Slept 8 hours minimum every night. Went to bed at the same time and woke up at the same time daily.
That’s it.
In preparation I did the following.
1.) Got rid of all the food in my home.
2.) Threw away all delivery menus
3.) Made goals to motivate myself
4.) Got an additional working from home job so if I wasn’t working, I was sleeping.
You can do it too. Inside you, fellow white man, you have the will power.
Daily reminder that it is much harder to lose weight by exercise instead of just eating less. Say you eat a big mac, how long do you have to run on the treadmill to burn that away, at least one hour. If you wanna lose weight, eat less.
I used to eat until I couldn't push a single thing down anymore, now I just eat until I'm not hungry anymore. Slow releasing carbs are important too, it makes it take longer before you get hungry again. It is a higher octane fuel for your body.
Another easy thing to do is simply only drinking water, stop drinking soda and alcohol. And most importantly, it takes a few months before you start seeing real results, so keep it going. Make it a part of your lifestyle.
If you're really fat, the thing you should be avoiding are carbs. Once your diet consists of protein, fat and plantmatter: you're body will be burning fats for energy to keep up with demand. When you consume fats for energy, the metabolic pathway for consuming fats is open. When you eat carbs; your fatcells will not release energy, rather they will try to store the excess carbs that are now floating inside your body without being used and causing harm. Fat cells make you hungry when they are in storage accept mode, this is why fat people get hungrier and hungrier as they get more fat.
I would suggest a 4 day fast where you drink nothing but water and tea to at least get rid of the gut bacteria that are in constant demand for carbs. Once those are out of your system, you can start eating fats, proteins and plantmatter.
And most importantly, it takes a few months before you start seeing real results, so keep it going.
Yeah plus you will hit plateaus where your hormone system has to adjust a bit before you can start making progress again. So don't panic when that happens. Just normalize your diet for a couple months and then start dieting again.

This probably isn't the best place for me to look for advice, but I trust you anons more than pretty much anybody else. Apologies for the blogpost that this is going to be, but here's a quick rundown.
Firstly I'm a girl, I live in one of the more cucked European countries. I'm not fat, but I'm not really thin either and I wouldn't mind losing some weight. I don't work out because I wouldn't know where to start. Still live with parents and I'm still in school, I'm very good at school and academic. My mother completely controls my diet because she thinks that me making my own food would get in her way in the house. I already have a boyfriend so I'm not really worried about how attractive i look, but he doesn't live in this country so I spend most of my free time talking to him online. He visits when he can and he's redpilled, although I think I'm the more redpilled out of the two of us, and we both agree on the fact that we're going to get married and have lots of white babies. I'm waiting until marriage. I don't wear makeup because I'm not worried about how I look to other people, but I always wonder if I should start wearing it. I'm also in an eternal battle with myself over which clothing is modest enough.
Here are my questions.
Do girls need to work out and learn self defence? Local gym is out of the question, but I could try to work out at home. I could probably learn how to shoot too, but most of the guns that my family have are too big for me (I could dislocate my shoulder by using them wrong).
I don't leave the house much mainly because I can't justify it, since I want to talk to my boyfriend and study. I live in the countryside and I love nature, but I also hate going outside on my own. Should I bother going out more at all, and if so how can I get over my fear of going outside alone?
Is makeup bad or good? This is probably the worst place to ask that, but I really can't decide for myself. Also what's modest for womens clothing and what isn't.
Half of my friends are actual fag recluses and the other half are completely degenerate thots, so outside of school I don't really socialise with either. The only friends I have that I really agree with are all male, but is it right to hang around with them and be the only girl there? I don't think my boyfriend would approve, so should i just choose to not socialise with them outside of school?
Only other thing I can think about asking is how to help with exam stress, because that always fucks me up and leaves me very ill by the end of exam season.
Exercise helps with learning. So it will improve your academia . It will also help you cope with stress during exams.
Where to start? Any exercise is good, but the most important part is doing it. So I recommend starting with jogging, outside. That also gives you a reason to be outside.
Later I recommend finding a friend to run with and/or a runners group.
Also start socialising more. Its a important skill for a female. Join a church and get involved in the youth activities.

Modest clothing for women is loose, doesn't show any cleavage, and goes at least down to your knees. Pretty much the only "acceptable" skin to show while still appearing modest is your legs below the knee, your upper chest (no cleavage)/neck/face, and arms. Yoga pants, mini skirts, and short shorts are out of the question.
Makeup is highly unnecessary; if you are healthy (and therefore have healthy skin), you won't need it. It ironically also damages girls' skin, so that they need even more makeup.
As for the guy friends, be careful with them because I'd be willing to bet that some if not all of them would sleep with you if you let them. Do you call that friendship? (This plays into the bigger idea that is debated that men and women can't actually be platonic friends).
As for stress and exam season, start your work early, make sure you sleep enough during exams, and especially eat healthier. Also some type of breathing/praying/meditation/hiking in nature is good to relax. Avoid caffeine. If you're healthy, you don't need it to stay up and be focused. (This applies for guys here as well).
Stronglifts 5x5 is the best program I've seen for introductory lifting. Make sure you watch tutorials over again to get the technique, and video yourself doing it to make sure it's correct. Start slow.
I personally only dead lift and shoulder press, sometimes front squat, as far as barbell lifts go. But this program is good as an intro
Oh wait, you're the femanon. I personally think that weights are unnecessary for females, unless you want to look like a crossfit girl. Body weight exercises, pilates, or yoga is what you should do. Also start a garden, and the manual labor will be excercise as well.
For dieting, and because women need carbs, I'd recommend the following:
Whole, organic, locally sourced foods
Whole wheat sourdough bread, or starchy veggies (eggplant, squash, etc) for carbs
Lots of animal fat
Meat
Eggs
Probiotic foods
When in doubt, stick to the ancestral foods of your people. What would your great grandma have eaten?
As for content that you could make, organizing a community of girls/women who think like you, or can be instructed how to, whether this is on or offline, is the best you can do aside from child rearing. Volunteer at the local school/church and be an example for the younger girls that there is a path for them that doesn't involve degeneracy. Any public facing or internet persona necessarily turns you into an object of male attraction and an attention whore. This anon's advice seems to be written to a man; beware. Men and Women's roles in society are different.
Beware of this anons advice about dating other men. If you're still a virgin, or at least sexually inexperienced, this is something to be proud of and preserve until the best man who's serious about marrying you shows up.

Running, yoga, core workouts and all that are good for women. A little bit of lifting is not harmful but body building is very harmful for women.

No on the makeup, it’s purpose is to mimic good health and good genes, and at the end of the day it’s a form of deception. I wore it for a short period in adolescence but stopped because I felt fraudulent, didn’t look good anyways and hardly ever does. I had bad skin at the time, but it was still my own skin. Don’t feel like you have to wear it, focus on your health, that is real beauty.
I have transitioned my own wardrobe and find that I enjoy modesty more and more. A skirt at the knees or longer that flatters the waist with a blouse or sweater is a good staple silhouette and you can vary fabrics for different seasons. Even with my hair I find myself keeping it up in braids more often. My wardrobe was never that bad, but I am switching out my short skirts for longer ones.
For working out I would try some cardio or pilates you can do at home. The “fitness” weightlifting girl look is pretty gross, not very feminine, don’t feel like you have to do that. If you live in the country maybe try jogging or walking during the day when it’s still light out if you’re anxious about being on your own, maybe see if a friend will go with you.
I’m the same as far as staying at home, but if you already have a committed relationship I wouldn’t worry too much about forcing yourself out. If you have free time I’d focus on building valuable skills, some might be done at home and some out.

Has anyone ever noticed that if you listen to music while running the tempo seems to be much slower? Very strange. I think adrenaline has something to do with it. Other folks have suggested a change in brain waves is responsible, but idk anything about that. I've been doing HIIT w/ a jump rope in my apartment to avoid having to drive to the park every time I want to do cardio. Obviously they aren't the same, but I can confirm that it has carried over into preserving my running stamina. I still have a way to go towards reaching my fitness goals, but to all anons putting off exercising: just do it. You'll feel great afterwards. Helps with stress bigtime, and will keep you sharp when S enivitably HTF.
