I am a predator and I have preyed upon both men and women alike. I enjoyed my time when I would seduce homosexuals like you and their girlfriends, then beat the shit out of them both, rob them of their drugs and money, then leave them a bloody red sobbing mess. BLOOD RED SOBBING MESS. That is what you Marxist scum are to me because you deserve nothing but death and ruin. I always keep tabs on the Marxist neighbors when I lived in the city and I report them to the police and try and get them sent to jail after I bait them into attacking me in front of the police who are "on board and my side" so to speak. I can't wait till you animals are slaughtered in the next civil war.
A while back I made a post asking for help for improving my voice. I wasn't sure what to do, and moved on to other areas of improvement. However, I happened to discover the answer in doing so. I've been reading a book that I sometimes see mentioned called Science of Breath. I've not read it all, but the gist is that consistently breathing full breaths (filling your lungs completely) is the healthy and natural way. I'm not sure if it's because this practice exercises your diaphragm, or if it's because it calms you, or some other reason, but it turned out that, without even trying, I speak in a much deeper, richer voice. If your voice is something you'd like to work on, try it out and let me know if it helps you. You'll find the practice helpful for your overall well-being.
Establishing consistency is something I've been challenged by as well, but I just try to do it anytime it comes to mind. I'm at the point where if I anticipate a social interaction, I'll do it in preparation, which is useful for not only readying your voice, but cultivating a calm, focused, masculine aura.
It's the exact type of breathing many meditation guides recommend, but here the idea is you do it all the time. I haven't finished the book, so I'm not even sure if I can say it's worth reading or if it's full of shit, but I have noticed I am a much better speaker since I started putting it into practice.

Feeling pretty depressed. No matter how hard I work in my day to day, the hopelessness, self-loathing, and anhedonia always simmers beneath the surface, waiting to bubble up. Can't establish any sort of individual identity, nor find meaning or belonging in a collective. Almost nothing I do pleases me, I'm either doing it because I feel obligated to do it or to escape from reality, or I simply don't do anything at all.
I don't know what would make me happy, if anything. Maybe my brain has been too damaged by escapism to be satisfied with the mundane and real. I'm not sure if I would be happy with a loving family. I think I would always have doubts about my parenting, about my children's place in the world, not to mention how hard it is for me to give up my privacy and autonomy for people that usually don't appreciate it. Also, I've come to realize that marriage nowadays doesn't offer me as much as I risk losing
I've gotten myself in the best shape I've ever been in. Quit eating fast food and soda, dropped 20 pounds (195 to 175) in a few months, then started lifting. Struggled with progression because eating at a surplus was mostly making me fat again and my joints were getting fucked up by the lifts. Got a few different trainers to check my form and they couldn't find any real problems so idk why I was getting hurt
Took my "girlfriend" to the gym with me the past two days and taught her how to Squat, Bench and Deadlift. She was a real natural, not only did she learn very quick and had great form, she also lifted heavy (for a girl); in fact, heavier than I did when I first started. I was such a damn soyboy lmao.
