A while back I made a post asking for help for improving my voice. I wasn't sure what to do, and moved on to other areas of improvement. However, I happened to discover the answer in doing so. I've been reading a book that I sometimes see mentioned called Science of Breath. I've not read it all, but the gist is that consistently breathing full breaths (filling your lungs completely) is the healthy and natural way. I'm not sure if it's because this practice exercises your diaphragm, or if it's because it calms you, or some other reason, but it turned out that, without even trying, I speak in a much deeper, richer voice. It's the exact type of breathing many meditation guides recommend, but here the idea is you do it all the time. I haven't finished the book, so I'm not even sure if I can say it's worth reading or if it's full of shit, but I have noticed I am a much better speaker since I started putting it into practice.
Establishing consistency is something I've been challenged by as well, but I just try to do it anytime it comes to mind. I'm at the point where if I anticipate a social interaction, I'll do it in preparation, which is useful for not only readying your voice, but cultivating a calm, focused, masculine aura.

I've been working on physically and mentally with exercise, better diet, reading, guitar, etc. However, I am still socially inept. I can have conversations if somebody else starts them, but it's exhausting. I don't really do anything outside of my home and the gym. Maybe a retarded question, but is Patriot Front worth joining? I got to the interview stage and just need to set one up, but I'm not sure if the entire organization is just a big honeypot or not. I just want to connect with people who are also a bit into keeping their minds and bodies healthy, as well as being slightly more conservative/traditional
Embrace small talk. You have to understand that often the purpose of conversation is just vibing. You don't have to be solving some greater problem or whatever. Nothing wrong with deeper conversation, but there's a time and a place for everything. Try just making funny observations about your environment, things/people/stuff going on around you.
Anyone got something positive to say about Dave Ramsey? I just found his stuff on jewtube, and while I am not in debt some of his advice seems quite sound and reasonable.

He does seem very pro mutual funds though which is my only disagreement so far.

I've been on a 4 day split for a year and a half now, but I want to throw some extra days in. I'm thinking something functional that involves a lot of core. Stuff like suitcase deadlifts and woodchoppers, things you don't commonly see but are worth doing.
Has anyone got some unconventional/overlooked exercises which are worth doing?
