Furry trash as in masturbating to furry porn?
Or Furry trash as in devoting your whole life to anthropomorphized animals?
Only one of those is really curable. The other is an interest. To stop masturbating to furry porn, simply stop masturbating altogether. Although it's degenerate as fuck, porn is a slippery slope. I know because i used to get off to that shit. After i stopped masturbating, the thought of pikachu getting fucked in the ass never crossed my mind again. Luckily, I had 0 interest in the furry fandom, and actually hated them.
If you want to get rid of an interest, that's different. You'll have to devote the time an energy that you generally devote to furfaggotry to something else. Find an interest in something else, and deny furfaggotry.
Have less impulses. Be bland, stop being such a tryhard faggot. Stop using your intuition. Don't resent order or rules. When you get uppity like a dope-fiend who needs his next hit, say to yourself "warmth, stone and steel" like a mantra and become heat, stone and steel. When you've become sufficiently bland, solid and stoic, down to your marrow, after a few months of practice or more, you can try going your own way somewhat.

Any tips on dealing with demoralization?
I come onto /pol/ and see hundreds of shills and people saying "whites are weak, whites are cucked, whites are cowards, whites are pathetic, whites never fight back, etc." and as much as I'd like to pretend it doesn't affect me, it does fuck with my mind, and make me feel as our complete genocide is inevitable. Then I stay away from /pol/ for awhile and it seems like our race is much more resilient than the blackpillers on /pol/ make it out to be, our enemies much less competent, and we stand a real chance of surviving as a race.
Look at it from a different perspective. The shills are panicking because Whites have been waking up by the millions within just a few years and the course of history from now on is more or less set already because Whites will only take so much shit anymore. Just have trust in human nature. Sooner or later our people will realize there is no other option than striking back with every possible means and they will excel at it.
anyone here /fit/? I started greyskull lp
been doing it for about 3 weeks, and it's much different than what I'm used to. I want to get into powerlifting to build mass(I'm eating don't worry), because before I was just doing jim stoppani's shortcut to size stuff, and before I got into that I was doing stuff that allowed me to pass PT tests and that was about it. I want to be like the golden one someday. Are there other lps out there for powerlifting other than greyskull?
Pretty much any squat/barbell centered program is going to work for novice linear powerlifting. You really cannot go wrong with just doing big compound movements. Almost all PL programs focus 90% of their effort on the same exercises: barbell pressing, floor pulls, squats, pullups.
All the complexity of powerlifting programming comes from volume/intensity scheduling, not which exercises to do. In this regard, virtually all novice linear-progression programs, including greyskull, can be adapted to an intermediate non-linear schedule, simply by alternating light/heavy days, or volume/intensity days. As you get more advanced, the cycles between light/heavy volume/intensity will draw out longer, into weeks, months. This is what is meant by periodization, which you will slowly transition into as you outgrow your linear gains.
So try not to waste time worrying about specific exercises and routines. It's really hard to fuck up, so don't be afraid to experiment. Experimentation will build your understanding of volume and its impact on your body/recovery, which is required foundational knowledge for later.
Other than that, build good eating/sleeping/posture habits and a good work ethic. Avoid extreme programs like bulgarian/smolov. Avoid excessive accessory work. Avoid getting injured.
For a specific answer, I've done PPL both linear and non-linear with good results up to ~1200 total. And I still go back to it from time to time. So I can personally recommend that.

Video games can become such a time sink and many anons get sucked into playing and not doing anything productive with their time. It's just a hobby that needs a strict amount of control.
