You're right, they haven't. That's why a high fat diet is MORE natural. We weren't eating copious amounts of processed grains and excessive amounts of cultivated fruits and vegetables from all over the world. We were hunting, eating meat and eggs, drinking milk, eating fruits and vegetables that were local to us and only while they were in season. The only grains we were eating were wild, not farmed and genetically modified. Humans wouldn't have evolved the way we did if we were only eating a vegetarian diet.
The nutritional profile of animal products is incomplete. There are loads of nutrients you can only get in plants.
Again, you're equating high-fat/low-carb diets with strictly carnivore diet. I haven't seen anyone here advocating for eating no vegetables whatsoever. Also, have fun getting vitamins A, D, E, & K in any meaningful, bio-available form from plants. You can't
Yeah we've evolved smoking cigarettes too for the last 100 or so years. Piss weak argument
Okay you're either a shill at this point or just a brainwashed cuck. Equating animal products, which are highly nutrient dense, to fucking cigarettes is intellectually dishonest. Wanna know what makes animal products less healthy and nutritious? When you factory farm them and feed them GRAINS

Normal relative to what? What do you consider a "normal" diet?
Low energy is likely due to either not enough fat intake, and/or missing electrolytes. If you're cutting out processed foods that are over-saturated with sodium, you'll actually have to start salting your food with some high quality salt. As for the smell, maybe you're just a smelly mutt? I've stopped using antiperspirant/store bought deodorant and now just use a homemade baking soda mixture and I can go about two-three days without stinking at all. Only time I start to get a funk is after a good workout and of course I'll just get a shower afterwards.

not trying to hate on keto, just saying what my experience was
